Fine Arts

The Kroc Center School of the Arts offers a broad variety of programs and classes in the performing and fine arts. Art classes consist of drawing, painting and ceramics. Dance classes feature many genres, from ballet to hip hop, for children and adults of all ages. Music and voice instruction is offered in both group and private lessons. Theatre classes provide instruction on acting, improvisation and auditioning; as well as acting workshops. Focus on individual development as an actor/actress to enhance performance capabilities.

PAINTING FOR PLEASURE
Ages 12-18
Explore colors, painting techniques and alternatives. Using watercolors and acrylic paints, the artists will become more comfortable expressing themselves.

FAMILY CERAMICS
Ages 8+
An introduction to ceramic materials and processes. Students will learn how to make figurative sculptures, molds, work with the potter’s wheel, glazing techniques, and fire clay items.
