ACCESS TO THE FITNESS CENTER IS RESTRICTED TO GUESTS 16 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER (ID REQUIRED), UNLESS ENROLLED IN A FITNESS CENTER CLASS OR PROGRAM.
Towels are required for every person working out in the Fitness Center. Towels may be purchased at the Gymnasium Customer Service Desk for $3 (subject to availability). There is a 20-minute maximum usage time per machine during peak use periods. Classes are subject to cancellation due to low enrollment. Appropriate exercise attire required (workout clothing and closed-toe athletic shoes). A shirt and shoes are required at all times in the Fitness Center.
Group Exercise Classes
Classes are 50 minutes in duration, unless otherwise noted. General members may attend an unlimited number of classes at no additional cost. Fees are $4 per class for Value members and $5 per class for guests. Classes listed in the Fitness Center Class and Program Schedules are as of the printing date and are subject to change without notice. Please see our current monthly Fitness Center Class Schedules for the most up-to-date information. Classes are restricted to the age ranges listed unless participant provides the class instructor with a physician’s note. The Kroc Center reserves the right to restrict class sizes. Classes are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis only. To reduce the risk of injury and prevent class disruptions, no admittance will be allowed ten minutes after the class is scheduled to begin.

Martial Arts
Karate (Cuong Nhu Oriental Martial Arts)
Ages 5 years and over
A blended, defensive style incorporating Shotokan, Aikido, Tai Chi, Judo, Wing Chun and American boxing. Classes are taught in a traditional format allowing students to progress through the customary belt system.

Tae Kwon Do
Tae Kwon Do is a modern martial art from Korea that is characterized by its fast, high and spinning kicks. Classes are taught in the traditional style using a structured belt system that allows you to attain rank as you gain physical and mental disciplines.

Judo
Meaning “gentle Way”, is a method of training the mind and body using maximum efficiency with minimum effort to arrive at mutual welfare and benefit for all. It is an olympic sport that is practiced world wide. Open for ages 8 - 80!

A fitness professional can help determine your body composition – the percentage of lean muscle mass versus body fat. This information will be helpful in the development of a personal fitness program and assist in setting attainable fitness goals. Body Compositions are done by appointment only.
