Aquatic Based Group Exercise Classes
Classes are 50 minutes in duration, unless otherwise noted. General members may attend an unlimited number of classes at no additional cost. Fees are $4 per class for Value members and $5 per class for guests. Classes listed in the Fitness Center Class and Program Schedules are as of the printing date and are subject to change without notice. Please see our current monthly Fitness Center Class Schedules for the most up-to-date information. Classes are restricted to the age ranges listed unless participant provides the class instructor with a physician’s note. The Kroc Center reserves the right to restrict class sizes. Classes are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis only. To reduce the risk of injury and prevent class disruptions, no admittance will be allowed ten minutes after the class is scheduled to begin.
We are proud to introduce the Kroc Learn to Swim Program. We follow a progressive curriculum in all of our instructional swimming classes. Each level has three basic components: personal water safety, water comfort, and stroke development. We expect each student to learn and progress at his or her own rate. Our hope is that more people will take advantage of the Kroc Center’s Learn to Swim program to develop competency in swimming, along with confidence and endurance.
For all levels: Private 30-minute swim lessons are offered by select aquatics staff instructors. Multiple participants must be of similar ability. For more information or to arrange a lesson, please call the Aquatics Center at 619.269.1505. NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR MISSED LESSONS.
