Life Options
Life Options provides an opportunity for individuals age 55 and over to remain positively engaged in their communities while exploring educational, social and volunteer experiences. The Kroc Center’s expanding program is offering weekly classes, social gatherings, support groups and free monthly lectures. Call 619.269.1540 for more information.
Scene Study Class
A senior theater class taught by a professional through San Diego Community College Continuing Education. Students will be given scripts, paired up and expected to do rehearsal homework. This workshop is for beginner to intermediate actors.

Kinship Support Group
Our Kinship Support Group provides support and services to relative caregivers and their children. If you are raising your grandchildren, nieces, nephews or other relatives, this group offers specialized training classes, resources and referrals. Classes are in English and in Spanish. Silver Sneakers
Offered in conjunction with Secure Horizons, the SilverSneakers program offers active older adults the opportunity to exercise in a relaxed environment to build the physical fitness required to perform daily tasks. Classes are chair-based and are designed to address the needs of participants with varying degrees of fitness.
