The Salvation Army Kroc Center is a 12-acre family support, education, recreation, and cultural arts facility. Made possible by a generous gift from philanthropist Mrs. Joan Kroc, the Center provides a variety of programs for individuals of all ages. The community center is available to members and the general public.

Get Fit and Thrive at the Kroc Center!

Have your child complete a few of the simple activities, like a healthy recipe, play outside for 30 minutes a day or visit the Kaiser Permanente website for healthy living tips. Bring your challenge card to the Salvation Army Kroc Center for a FREE one-day pass where you can swim, rock climb, ice skate and learn about healthy choices all in one place! The Kaiser Permanente Get Fit & Thrive challenge card can also be picked up at any San Diego Ralphs Grocery Stores. While you’re there, be sure to buy your healthy ingredients at Ralphs! Tuesday - 8:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Second and Fourth Saturdays of each month - 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
